Essence pure skin anti-spot moisturising make-up foundation | Review

Before buying this foundation, I was looking for something that would do more good than bad to my skin. I feel this has the right ingredients to treat and prevent spots. However, the staying power is around 5hrs on my and that's with a primer and powder over the top. So I'm not to sure how well this would hold up without the additional products.

This seems to settle into fine lines and pores and after a while parts rub off and go patchy, not a good look! To top this off there was only two shades at my Essence stand, I'm not sure if there is two shades everywhere. But I picked up what I thought was the lightest of the two shades (no Ivory/Porcelain option visible) so I picked up 01 beige. Which in the shop looked like it would suit my skin tone pretty well and when applied to the skin this suits me. But after wearing this out for a while this oxidised on me and made me look rather orange.

Overall, I do feel this has the right ingredients to prevent and help spots. However, my skin didn't like it too much.
