Review: L'oreal Lumi Magique Primer

I picked up this primer a few weeks ago and I have to say I can't live without this now! Firstly, I love the rose gold and pearl essent white packaging (pretty packaging always helps me like something).

The consistency is quite runny, it's comes out of the pump a white pearly colour, I say pearly, as you can see the light reflecting partials in the formula. As the name suggests this primer is aimed to give your complection a healthy glowy look. It does exactly that, without making the skin look oily.

This primer also prolongs my foundation or BB cream and does a good job and minimising pores!

Primark Strawberry Lip Balm:

This stuff is very much your average lip balm but the smell, oh my goodness, if you like strawberries you will love this! It smells incredible! Plus, the packaging is adorable for a mere pound its lovely and I really want to try the watermellon one now!

Rimmel London Keep Calm Lip Balm:

I picked up Keep Calm and Play, 040 Rose Blush and Keep Calm and Rock, 030 Berry Blush.

I really like how these look on my lips the colour pay of is actually quite good. For days when I want colour on my lips but don't want to put lipstick on a reach fof these :)

Chupa Chups Lip Balm Cherry and Vallina As soon as I saw this lip balm was from Chupa Chups I knew I had to have it! This makes me lips look so plump and juicy. This also adds shine and a hing of colour (red) to my lips

Boots skin care haul

Here are a few skin care products I picked up from Boots :)

Clearasil superfruits refreshing wash:
I have a thing for facial clensers that smell fruity. I find that I like to use them more if they smell good! This one is raspberry and crandberry and has added vitimin B3

Neutrogena visibly clear spot stress control:
My skin has recently broken out **cries** and I needed a new toner. So I thought this would tone my skin but also aid my skin at the same time, woop woop!

Boots simply sensitive eye make-up remover and simply sensitive face wipes:
I find that the Boots simply sensitive range is like thier version of Simple (love that brand). The brand claims to be "kind to your skin" so I really hope these teo are good the price so good!

Next up I did get a body spray, not technically "skin care" but I thought id let you all know that Soap & Glory Mist you madly smells wow!

Collection Lasting Gel Colour Review!

Here are a few affordable nail polishes that have recently impressed me.

I had been wanting gel nails for ages noe and wasnt prepared to go and pay stupid proces at a nail salon. So thats whrn I found these!

Collection Lasting Gel Colour: Shades - Raspberry 7 and Chiffon Haze 9

The raspberry is a beautiful bright berry pink colour with good colour coverage after two coats. The Chiffon Haze is a mettalic light pink rose colour and o jave to say this is my favourite of the two, I love metallic nail polishes and rose pink colours! Both shades wear exceptionally well and longer than your average nail polish. Also, the brush is a wide rayher rectangular brush making it easier for the polish to apply give a soft even finish.

MUA: Haul

Here are a few items I brought from the wonderful brand MUA (Make Up Acadamy)!

Heaven and Earth Pallet/ Undressed me Two Pallet:

Are two eyeshadow pallets that I have wanting to get my hands on for aaagggggeeees now but when ever I go into superdug or online they are both always sold out. But FINALLY I've been able to get them (woop woop).

Both pallets are very easy natural wearing colours, you could go nude/brown for a d
Subtle daytime look or smoke it out with a dark brown or black. Either way I love them both.

MUA Luxe London velvet lip lacquer in Halcyon:

I love love love this little beauty! The texture is Matt but not over drying at all and the product stays put all day! No bleeding or smudging to be seen just full pigmentation Matt lips.

Makeup Academy Undress Your Skin Radiant Under Eye Concealer:

The first thing that struck me about this product was that I would only find it in one shade "radiance" and was worried that it would be a tad to dark for my skin tone. But having said that once applied this smooths out and matches my skin tone perfectly whilst illuminating and banishes any under eye dark circles or bags giving me that "I slept for 12 hours" look. Woop!

First blog post: Mini Boots Haul

As I was strolling through the makeup department at Boots (my second home) I came across a makeip brand I had never really paid attention to before...Seventeen.
It appears that Seventeen is number 7's younger sister, as it is aimed at a younger audience.
What came to my attention was the packaging, in my opinion it looks much more expensive than it actually was.
Here are a few items I picked up:
Blemish BB Balm:
It claims its an all in one magic makeup skin care, I have to be honest I wasn't expecting much from this. However, im delighted to say this lives up to its "magic" description. The BB cream, keeps oil at bay, evens my skin tone, illuminates, makes pores disappear and covers blemishez perfectly...LOVE!
Smoulder Gel Eyeliner:
This is the easiest gel eyeliner I have ever used. Application is so slick making it easy to apply, it has a good colour payoff and dries in seconds meaning no smudges, result!
Back Lash Mascara:
I needed a "natural" effect mascara in black/brown to go on my bottom lashes as im not to keen om using my Benifits thier real on my lower lashes I find it to over powering. So this little gem gives me lovely natural bottom lashses.
A full review for each product will be coming soon and maybe some more buys from the impressive Seventeen brand!
